Entering Missed Punches
To complete the missed punch process, please complete the missed punch form below and submit through Adobe Sign. Please contact Nadia Moll if you have any questions.
1. Fill in missed punch day, date, either your time In or time Out
2. Submit your form in Adobe Sign
You must include signature boxes in Adobe Sign for the following individuals. Follow this exact order:
- Nadia Moll - nmoll@mdc.edu - (certified recipient)
- Yourself - your employee email - (signer)
- Ivan Toledo - itoledo2@mdc.edu - (signer)
- Makeva Evans - mevans3@mdc.edu- (signer)
- Open your regular Adobe software and enter the missed date, day of the week, and either missed time in or out (not both unless there are clock issues). This part is what you regularly do.
- Enter your name and employee ID
- Sign in to Adobe Sign (http://esign.mdc.edu)
- Click on “Request Signatures”
- Enter Nadia Moll’s email as a “certified recipient.” She will review it for accuracy and forward it to Makeva Evans.
- Enter your email as a “signer”
- Enter my email as a “signer”
- Enter Makeva Evans's email as a “signer”
- Under “Message,” enter Missed Punch Form
- Under files, upload the form with all the required information
- Click on next
- On the right-hand side, select your name under Recipients and under the “signature fields” drag the signature box to the form’s signature box
- On the right-hand side, select my name (Ivan Toledo) under Recipients and under the “signature fields” drag the signature box next to my name in the form
- On the right-hand side, select Makeva Evans under Recipients and under the "signature fields" drag the signature box next to her name
- Complete the same steps under the data fields to add the date and drag the box into the form’s field for the dates. Include both you and I
- Click on sign and send
- Nadia will receive it first to make sure the information is correct, and every signature has been entered
- Finally, you will get an email to sign (similar to how we do with other forms)
- I will sign last
