Kendall Learning Commons: Computer Courtyard

The Computer Courtyard is a vibrant and welcoming space organized in a manner suitable for collaborative group work, and for individuals looking for extended study time. It offers flexibility for large classes or orientations during recruitment, and provides students an academic location in between classes to connect with peers. It offers over 150 computer stations equipped with webcams for remote learning, 4 new iMacs, and color copiers/printers.

Student Supports Available

  • WiFi, wireless printing, scanning, PCs, iMacs 

  • Students can check out laptops and headsets  

  • Technical support with Canvas, EAB Navigate, and other tools 

Noise and Food Guidelines 

Let’s work together to keep our Learning Commons clean and odor-free! 

  • Meals and uncovered drinks are not permitted in the Learning Commons. Covered beverages only please (Ex. water bottles, coffees with lids, etc.). You will be asked to leave if you do not abide to these guidelines. There are a number of eating spaces on campus that are nearby.  
  • Keep noise levels to a minimum in respect of fellow students and staff.

Private Study - Open Setting

  • Individual desk spaces ideal for resource searches, printing, and other transitional activities between classes 

  • Soft comfortable individual seating for remote learning and longer lengths of study

Multidisciplinary Study Hall - Room 2120

Our multidisciplinary study hall offers wraparound support to Student Athletes with 20 desks and chairs, a presentation station and whiteboards.
