Overview of Library Liaison Approach

Library Liaison: Valda Adeyiga

Discipline Faculty Contact: Regina Williams and Lucia Obregon

Library liaisons work closely with the discipline so that faculty are integrally involved in the processes of selecting books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, and services that best support the needs of their curricula. The liaison works in a college-wide capacity. Whether attending the SOE discipline meetings, working with a small group of professors to review a database, or attending a national conference, library liaisons have the expertise needed in the field to support the changing needs of the discipline and support student success.
