This OpenText is presented by the Department of Education with a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in association with Arizona State University, Ivy Tech Community College, Miami/Dade Community College, and the Maricopa County Community College. This program represents a novel partnership between three of the largest community college systems in the U.S. (Ivy Tech Community College, Maricopa Community Colleges, Miami Dade College).

A three-part series observing and analyzing speech techniques that students can implement in their own speeches. These videos feature: introductions to informative and persuasive speeches, a variety of speech-related topics and techniques, and a sampling of speeches from outstanding to very weak.
