Annual Student Interdisciplinary Symposium
Several groups with excellent posters will be selected to represent the class at the Student Interdisciplinary Symposium and will earn Extra Credit.

Each group will be required to complete 10 Service Learning hours during the semester that includes researching and volunteering in different campus activities related to food insecurity and the Hialeah Campus Food Pantry and relevant to their assigned topic, as well as working with their group members on the paper and presentation.
