Changemaking Internships: Intern Positions

Changemaking Internships recruits and places MDC students in for-impact organizations across Miami Dade County to empower and equip our future generation of civic leaders.

Changemaking Interns are placed at community organizations tackling issues ranging from homelessness to public health inequity. The roles at each of these organizations also vary depending on their needs. All positions are entry-level and have been tailored for first- or second-year undergraduate students with little to no previous work experience. Below is a list of available and filled positions that are updated weekly. WOW Center
Program Aid Intern
Description: Support classroom instructors through various activities like attendance tracking, managing classroom strategies, and establishing classroom routines

Instructor, Social Media Specialist, Clerical Positions
Description: Hope for Miami nurtures children and youth through effective programs to help them build positive, healthy futures. There are a variety of positions available.

 Description: Support habitat restoration activities, facilitate biodiversity monitoring initiatives, and promote community engagement!

Description: Help identify, formulate and carry out student outreach within the college club on campus.
