Welcome to the Benjamin Leon School of Nursing Mental Health Awareness Webinar Series. In this series, we will present inspiring professionals who live and teach mindfulness, awareness, and the attitude to overcome unexpected struggles, including ways to reach out for help, thereby infusing hope in your life.

In the past year, we have experienced loss, grief, fear, and a multitude of emotions. Mostly due to COVID pandemic, systemic racism, and violence in our society. We acknowledge all of this, in addition to the isolation that has affected many emotionally, increasing symptoms of depression and anxiety.

We hope that these webinars and presenters will provide a new way of thought, comfort, and guidance as we move forward together with self-care and kindness towards each other. Coming from an attitude of gratitude, love, and compassion, we collectively can bring a state of wellbeing and healing.

All presentations will be recorded and housed on this page. Please come back and view those presentations you could not attend.
