Behavior and Conduct:
Volunteers must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with patrons and staff.
Volunteers are expected to adhere to library policies regarding appearance, conduct, attendance, safety, and attire.
Respect for library staff and fellow volunteers is mandatory.
Dress code:
Maintain a neat and clean appearance during working hours, and dress appropriately for assigned duties.
Violations of the Dress Code may result in dismissal from shifts.
Schedule Commitment: Follow assigned schedules punctually, and notify supervisors promptly of any inability to work as scheduled.
Policy Adherence: Volunteers must follow all library policies, especially those regarding confidentiality.
Supervision and Scheduling: Your activities will be supervised by library staff. Schedules will accommodate academic commitments.
Conflict Resolution: Issues will be addressed by the library administration in a professional manner.
Orientation and Training: Comprehensive training will be prepared for your role.
