Information Literacy instruction, conducted in the library or in the classroom, helps your students formulate strategies to locate, evaluate, and apply information (L.O. #4). Librarians teach research skills using both online and print resources. Each instruction is tailored to the research needs of the class.
Library Liaisons work closely with the academic disciplines to make sure faculty are given the opportunity to select materials and services that meet the changing needs of the discipline and help foster student success.
Faculty may recommend the purchase of materials to add to the library collection. Please note that the library does not generally purchase textbooks.
