Targeting mental health and the stigma behind it. Growing up in the Hispanic community it felt that the topic of mental health was always dismissed - as if it were nonexistent. Mental health should be considered equally important as physical health. The body is a whole and that includes our brain. Two brains were created with paper casting using a brain mold; the broken and the healthy.
