Mediums: Graphite Size: 60 inches x 42 inches Displays a boy sitting in the corner of his room, wearing a medical breathing mask to help clear out his blocked airways. The air or fog exiting from the mask takes two separate forms of a bird and a rabbit; a bird to represent protection and immortality, a rabbit to represent good fortune and luck. These two animals serve to represent lasting life, which can be promoted if young children like the boy in the illustration are granted plenty of access to medicine needed to better their lives.
