Mental Health in Teenagers by Alejandra Lugo

Abstract

This research is aimed at investigating mental health in teenagers and how it affects their daily lives. I also explore the effect of social media on mental health and how to cope with it. By examining several articles touching on this important matter, I found many common symptoms of and coping mechanisms for teenage mental health issues. After this research, I represented the teen perceptive and my findings in a painting. I also represented my own experiences with mental health in the painting.
