Abstract
This research was conducted in an attempt to bring to light the effects of a poor education system on students. It was coordinated using peer-reviewed articles as well as direct quotes from students in the current educational system. Having experienced the American education system myself, I was able to relate to the students more directly and get a better understanding of the situation. Some of the information gathered during this research proved the immense amount of stress put on students at such an early age. It showed how that stress along with other societal pressures can lead young people down a detrimental road. This should be a sign to the government that the way things are right now is hurting those you have sworn to protect. It is a sign that they must listen to the voices that have endlessly called for help.
