"Gasping for Air"

This project is based on deforestation. Every year we cut down more and more trees to develop bigger cities. This sculpture illustrates a pair of lungs, covered in cement, symbolizing how we are slowly killing our Earth’s lungs with the expansion of cities. The trachea and bronchial tubes are represented by a branch of wood.
