Professional Attire

Employees are expected to wear appropriate clothing while on the job. 

If management considers clothing inappropriate, the employee will be warned. If it is considered a failure to meet reasonable expectations, the employee will be sent home. 

Your employee identification should be visible at all times.

You must wear your MDC ID when on campus and during scheduled work hours.

Employees' personal appearance and hygiene are important to both employees and the College.

Employees are expected to maintain good personal appearance and to give consideration to neatness, cleanliness, and safety.

Employees should always dress in an appropriate and professional manner.
