All staff are expected to answer general department questions. Examples include: explaining hours of operation, services/resources availability and requirements.
Confidential information (FERPA): Department staff is expected to handle extremely sensitive materials. Dishonesty of any sort will not be tolerated.

Food/drinks are NOT permitted in the learning commons/library.
