Employees are expected to be on time.

When reporting late or absent, you should contact Learning Resources at (305) 237-1142, and request your leave or absence in the Humanity (ShiftPlanning) App, if possible, within one (1) hour of the start of the scheduled work period.

Do you need time off?

A request must be made in advance (2 weeks) via Shifts and approved by a supervisor.

Do you need to report an issue or complaint?

Report issues or complaints such as accidents, emergencies or incidents as soon as possible to Public Safety at (305) 237-1100 and to a supervisor.

Seek approval for personal and keep personal visits brief.

Personal visitors are not allowed without approval from your Supervisor or the Director. Once approved, they should not last longer than 5 minutes.
