YBP usually sends you an email confirmation that does include the UPS tracking number when orders (and subsequent packages) are shipped. You can also see detailed information about each order in the Library Activity search, which provides the current status of the order. Below are the steps to access this search:
- Log in to GOBI.
- Click on the Search tab and select Library Activity.
- In the next screen, you have the option of narrowing your search down by the type of Library Activity, such as Open Orders, Canceled Orders, Invoiced, Rejected, and Returned orders. You can further limit this by Date Range and even Subaccount, as well as other options.
- When you have selected your limiters, click on .
- The next screen will show you a result of all the orders that match the criteria selected. You can see a detailed status of each order by looking at the Library Activity box next to each item. Below are a few examples:
- Click on the library activity status (for example, "Preparing to Ship" or "Library Open Order", as seen above) and it will give you more details. See below:
- This screen shows important information, such as the Initials of the person who placed the order as well as the Action and Date, and other information. Unfortunately, at this time, the Tracking # field is not working. YBP is aware of the issue and is working to solve the problem.
As such, there seems to be no way to track shipment of packages on their online website. If you do not have the confirmation email, you may call them or email them once the order is shipped to obtain the tracking number, as the invoice, for some reason, does not include this information.
