West Campus commits to re-imagining the student experience by: focusing the entire campus community on a student experience mindset and understanding the student journey from prospect to completion and beyond.

• Visit Departmental meetings to present the trainings.
• Include the videos and PowerPoint presentations on the West Campus Org.
• Partner with the CIOL team to host additional trainings in the fall.
• Include the announcement of the trainings in the weekly newsletter.
