Collection Development - Criminal Justice: Graduating with a BAS in Criminal Justice

Your application for graduation will be processed after a preliminary audit of your degree requirements.

Your diploma will be mailed to the address that the Admissions Office has on record.

 To keep track of your graduation status, you can check your unofficial transcript.

 My degree is Not Reflecting

  • If your degree is not posted to your MDC transcripts, you will need to speak with an Academic Advisor at 305.237.1425 or for assistance.
  • Please note that a diploma cannot be printed if it is not reflecting on your MDC transcripts. 

Damaged Diploma/Diploma with Errors 

  • MDC prepares all diplomas in protective packaging, however if you receive your diploma with damages, a complimentary duplicate diploma can be printed, however the original diploma with the damage must be surrendered in its original envelope. If the original diploma cannot be surrendered, there will be a $20 duplicating fee to reprint the diploma. 

 Late Graduates

  • If you were graduated late by an Academic or Program Advisor, upon notification your diploma will be mailed within 6-8 weeks by Admissions and Registration to the address on file.
