Dr. Lily McCrossin
Dr. Lily McCrossin, PT, DPT, is a dance medicine physical therapist and dance artist based in Miami, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance from the University of South Florida in 2018 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2023.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Lily was a founding member of the Tampa City Ballet, where she danced professionally and taught at the Tampa City Ballet School. Driven by a passion for dance career longevity, she founded Baseline Dance, a dance medicine education organization.

Structured contemporary dance class with an emphasis on functional movement patterns that challenge a dancer's neuromuscular control, balance, strength, power, and proprioception.
