Contemporary Fusion
Stephanie’s contemporary class focuses on movement exploration for everyone. It offers tools where function meets flow, encouraging dancers to feel their own rhythm in relation to others. The class includes a mindful warm-up, improvisational exercises, and phrase work to enhance movement qualities and artistic expression.
Techniques include bodily release methods, guiding dancers through sensations and extending beyond limits. The goal is to expand the body’s ability to understand pathways, attain choreography, play with musicality, and find deeper connections.
Stephanie invites dancers to research movement, liberate the body, lift cultural roots, evolve contemporary forms, and honor a collective push for discovery and reimagined possibilities.
