Tyrell Rolle, a dancer, choreographer, and educator from Miami, began his artistic journey at the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center. He trained in ballet, modern, and jazz at Miami Northwestern and Thomas Armour Dance Theater. Awarded scholarships to The Ailey School and Dance Theatre of Harlem, he later performed with top companies like Ailey II, Cirque du Soleil, and on Broadway.

Urban Jazz

Urban Jazz with Tyrell Rolle is a dynamic fusion of Southern jazz, classical technique, and Caribbean influences, all rooted in the expressive stylings of Fosse. This class pushes dancers to explore the full range of jazz movement—bold, dramatic, and full of life. Across the floor, you’ll dive into powerful kicks, leaps, and splits, developing both skill and confidence.

More than just movement, this class is about self-discovery—challenging you to think outside the box, take up space, and command the room. Tyrell’s down-South flair combined with his Alvin Ailey-inspired foundation creates an electrifying and immersive experience. By the end of class, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more expressive, and inspired—ready to bring The Rolle Experience to the stage and beyond.
