White created this case study to showcase a scenario in which a company leader in organic baby food with solid convictions in favor of the environment has been publicly blamed on an aired television documentary. For five years, the company packaging supplier has not complied with the Clean Air Act, and it is in the hands of the new VP of Global Sourcing to explore the case and take different actions to reduce the impact.
