Abstract
My undergraduate research project will consist of four parts. The first part is to design a PowerPoint presentation that reflects a human right from The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. I will select 10 words that describe the human right and pair them with a corresponding image. The objective is to inspire a reaction and impact the viewer. The next part is to create a sketch of my final artwork. The sketch will compile elements from the PowerPoint and will reflect the human right. Professor Gomez and I will discuss it and he will advise me on how to proceed. Changes will be made until we are happy with the product. In part three, I will write an artistic statement summarizing my creative process and intention with the piece. Part four will be completing the final artwork. I will add it to the PowerPoint and the research project will be completed.
