Effect of Greenhouse Gas Emission on Ozone Layer Depletion by Rosmeris Cartaya, Iris Aguilar, Nikisha Bailey, Monica Almasque, & Keyla Cabrera

Abstract

The purpose of this research project was to collect, organize, display, and understand the data conducted on the effects of greenhouse gas emissions on ozone layer depletion. The overwhelming research concluded that while the negative effects on the ozone layer have decreased over the years, there is still much to be done to further minimize the problem. Global warming is still very much prevalent, and it is affecting our entire ecosystem as well as our economy due mostly to our carbon footprint and global industries with their large contribution of carbon emissions.
