Statement
In my own words, Article 21 is the right to have a say in the politics of one's own country by either their own actions (voting) or the actions of their chosen representative from whom they voted on. Along with that, it is also the equal right to all public services such as transportation, emergency, services, education, healthcare, etc.
My first idea was to paint a civilian giving a speech to illustrate the public taking part in political matters. My second idea was to paint a sort of still-life of a voting process with a ballot.
My third idea was to paint a bus stop with multiple people being able to access and use it regardless of sex, age, or race.
