Student work should satisfy some of these criteria:
1. Raises awareness of a social issue
2. Clearly identifies strategies to solve such issue
3. Critically evaluates the strategies/potential solutions
4. Utilizes literature relevant to the topic and research to justify position
5. Effectively communicates the importance of the work
6. Present an original work, scholarly or creative (art, spoken word, performance)
